Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Tokyo that are actively cultivating digital talent will now have access to reskilling courses provided by startups. These programs focus on practical knowledge and skills tailored to real-world business needs, covering areas such as AI and digital marketing, to accelerate corporate digital transformation.

We are now announcing the call for Tokyo-based SMEs interested in participating in these training programs.

'App Development Course: Solving On-Site Challenges at Speed'

A hands-on course utilizing no-code tools, guiding participants from identifying business challenges to designing, developing, and improving applications. By using their own workflows as case studies, even non-engineers can acquire the skills to lead operational improvements directly from the frontline.

'Ultra-Practical Generative AI & DX Advanced Course'

An intermediate-level course designed to elevate AI usage from 'using' to 'automating and driving' business processes. Participants will learn practical methods for designing AI agents and automating workflows, aiming to strengthen their organization's DX capabilities with a focus on real-world implementation and operational deployment.

'Digital Marketing & SNS Operations Course'

A course to enhance practical digital marketing skills using social media platforms. Beyond foundational knowledge, participants will learn actionable analytics and operational techniques directly applicable to real business scenarios, aiming to improve their ability to execute data-driven and effective marketing strategies.
