New Company "AI Link Inc." Established to Support Social Implementation of Physical AI in the Video Security Field

Tokyo Boeki Holdings Corporation (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Shusuke Tsubouchi) group company T.B. EYE Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Shuyu Miyamaki, hereinafter referred to as TBE) has established AI Link Inc. (hereinafter referred to as AIL) with the aim of accelerating new market development and strengthening its sales system.

Background of Establishment

In recent years, against the backdrop of worsening labor shortages and increasing demands for safety and security, the need for advanced on-site operations utilizing video, audio, and authentication technologies has been expanding. To respond to this environment, TBE has been strengthening its proposal capabilities for on-site challenges and developing new products, focusing on Physical AI. With the establishment of AIL, we aim to further promote the social implementation of these technologies and build a highly mobile sales system that can quickly respond to changing market environments and customer needs.

Business Content of the New Company

AIL will be responsible for sales functions, proposing solutions tailored to each customer's challenges by combining various technologies centered on Physical AI (video, audio, authentication technologies, etc.) in addition to selling surveillance camera equipment. Specifically, we will make proposals that contribute to the overall advancement of on-site operations, such as for surveillance, access control, and improving the efficiency and reducing the labor required for business operations.

On the other hand, TBE will continue to handle functions such as customer contracts, equipment supply, installation, and maintenance, thereby balancing sales mobility with stable service provision, backed by the trust cultivated at TBE.
