The Token Homemate Cup 2026, the opening tournament of the Japan Golf Tour, was held at Token Tado Country Club Nagoya. The tournament, originally scheduled for April 9-12, 2026, was shortened to 54 holes due to the cancellation of play on April 10 due to bad weather. Tomohiro Ishizaka secured his first tour victory, finishing with a total score of -9 and defeating Yuki Inamori in a playoff. M. Hendry finished third with -8. Ryusho Mizuta, a local player from Aichi Prefecture, achieved a hole-in-one on the 13th hole (par 3) during the first qualifying round.
