1. Background of the Seminar

The first session of this seminar, held on June 26, was fully booked and received high ratings. In the participant survey, all respondents answered a satisfaction score of "4" or higher (on a 5-point scale), and many expressed a desire to "share this within the company." In response to this feedback, we decided to hold an additional session with the same content.

The background to this is a common challenge faced by PR and PR managers. AI operates based on accumulated past text data. Companies that are not active now will not exist in the AI world of tomorrow. Starting next month or next year will only widen the gap with competitors.

While it is said that "LLMO countermeasures are necessary," many do not know where to start. This seminar aims to provide a correct understanding of how AI obtains information and to offer concrete actions that can be taken immediately.

2. Results of the Previous Participant Survey

The participant survey for the previous seminar yielded the following results (figures represent the percentage of respondents):

Satisfaction (5-point scale): Average 4.8 / All participants rated "4" or higher, with approximately 80% giving the highest rating of "5."

Most helpful parts: "Explanation of AI's basic structure and RAG" and "Specific steps for improvement" were the most frequently cited.

Next actions: Approximately 80% responded "I want to share this within the company," and about 30% expressed a desire to try "defining our company's target queries" and "linkage diagnosis."

Individual consultations: Approximately 70% were positive about individual consultations ("definitely want" + "will consider depending on the content").

Participants commented, "I was able to organize the division of tasks between PR and marketing (SEO)," "I realized I had a misunderstanding about how AI works," and "I felt the need for proactive and concrete measures."

3. What You Will Learn in This Seminar

1 AI may not know your company AI responses are generally generated from already learned information. If your company's information is not sufficiently present, AI cannot provide an answer. We will explain what PR professionals should do.

2 Much of the current "AI countermeasures" are not even seen by AI in the first place llms.txt and structured data were not "rejected by Google" but were never subject to evaluation to begin with. Google's May 2026 statement merely reconfirms this. The claim that施策 (measures) can manipulate the appearance rate of AI responses is similar. We will clarify which measures are not worth investing in.

3 Competitors are widening the gap every day AI's recognition is determined by the volume and breadth of accumulated text. If competitors continue to publish content, their current advantage will eventually be reversed. We will explain the steps to take before this reversal occurs.

4 Accumulating data in the wrong direction is irreversible If you proceed with a misunderstanding of the mechanism, you will only accumulate wasted costs. The only way is to use standard language, in diverse contexts, through appropriate media. We will explain from the mechanism why this is the only method.

5 You can diagnose whether you are "moving in the right direction" While the probability of being recommended by AI cannot be directly measured, it is possible to diagnose whether the conditions that make recommendation likely are in place. We will explain specific methods for judging your company's efforts.
