■ Streamlining Office Operations with Spam Call Blocking Function

"Omakase Office Telephone" (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), which NTT East will begin offering on May 1, 2026, is a business phone that allows for the easy establishment of a telephone environment necessary for offices, enabling simple and rapid deployment even for small to medium-sized offices.

This service includes, as an option, a spam call blocking function that utilizes the spam information database managed by Tobila Systems. It blocks malicious sales calls, overseas spam calls, and other nuisance calls, contributing to the creation of an environment where customers can focus on their work with peace of mind.

■ About Tobila Systems' Database

Tobila Systems' spam information database integrates information provided by police, external organizations, and users, along with Tobila Systems' own research information, to detect spam calls.

The database contains registered numbers used for fraudulent activities such as special fraud, as well as numbers that may be used for malicious sales or solicitations. It automatically compares incoming call numbers with the database, detecting approximately 99%* of spam calls. Information is updated daily, and as the number of users increases, the amount of collectible information grows, leading to improved accuracy. This not only protects service users from danger but also contributes to the safety of other users.
