Tobila Systems Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Atsushi Akita; Securities Code: 4441; hereinafter 'Tobila Systems') announced that its nuisance call blocking feature, powered by its proprietary database, will be available as an optional add-on for the 'Omakase Office Telephone' business phone service, launched by NTT East Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; President: Naoki Shibuya; hereinafter 'NTT East') on May 1, 2026.

■ Streamlining Office Operations with Nuisance Call Blocking

'Omakase Office Telephone' (hereinafter 'the Service'), launching on May 1, 2026, is a business phone solution designed for small and medium-sized offices, allowing for easy and rapid deployment of essential office communication environments.

The service includes an optional nuisance call blocking feature that utilizes the nuisance information database managed by Tobila Systems. By blocking malicious sales calls and nuisance calls originating from overseas, the service helps ensure customer safety and creates an environment where staff can focus on their work.

■ About the Tobila Systems Database

Tobila Systems' nuisance information database integrates data provided by police, external organizations, and users, alongside the company's own independent research, to detect unwanted calls.

The database contains numbers associated with special fraud, as well as those identified as potential malicious sales or solicitation calls. Incoming calls are automatically cross-referenced with the database, detecting approximately 99% (*) of nuisance calls. The database is updated daily, and as the number of users grows, the volume of collected information increases, further improving accuracy. This protects service users while simultaneously contributing to the safety of other users.

* Data aggregated from January to December 2025.
