TKP to Open "TKP Hakata Sumiyoshi Dori Conference Center" in May 2026, Featuring a Large Hall Accommodating up to 300 People in Front of Hakata Station

TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takateru Kawano, hereinafter TKP) will open a rental conference room facility, "TKP Hakata Sumiyoshi Dori Conference Center," in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, on May 7, 2026.

The "TKP Hakata Sumiyoshi Dori Conference Center" is located on the 9th floor of the "Hakata Ekimae H44 Building," an 8-minute walk from each line of "Hakata Station" (JR and subway). With its prime location near Kyushu's largest terminal station, it offers high convenience for visitors not only from Fukuoka City but also from all over Kyushu and across the country. The total contracted area is 793 square meters (240 tsubo), and the facility features a spacious 350-square-meter hall with a ceiling height of 3.5m, as well as three conference rooms that allow for flexible layout changes according to the intended use. In addition to accommodating a wide range of business scenes such as corporate training, recruitment events, and social gatherings, it is fully equipped with projectors, audio equipment, and a Wi-Fi environment to support comfortable and efficient event management.

The Hakata Station area functions as Kyushu's largest transportation node where the Kyushu Shinkansen, conventional lines, and subways converge, and is a business hub where people gather from all over Kyushu as a key point of wide-area transportation with quick access to Fukuoka Airport. In recent years, due to the progress of redevelopment represented by "Hakata Connected," the rebuilding of office buildings and the development of accommodation facilities have been progressing, and business usage needs are expanding along with the sophistication of urban functions.
