TKC Corporation (Headquarters: Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture / President and Representative Director: Masaki Iizuka) is pleased to announce the launch of its "Data Linkage Achievement Page" on its website. This page introduces a list of third-party business systems (such as POS, sales management, and cost management systems) that can perform data linkage (API linkage, file linkage, etc.) with the "FX Cloud Series" financial accounting system, developed and provided by the company.
TKC's accounting system achieves operational efficiency by integrating with various business systems. Please refer to this page for business systems with proven integration. Currently, 30 systems are listed.
We plan to continue increasing the number of integrated services and systems. This will support the creation of a mechanism that enables "digital seamless" end-to-end processes, from voucher issuance and storage to daily journal entries, monthly trial balances, creation of financial statements and tax returns, and even electronic filing and electronic tax payment.

■ Background to the Launch of the "Data Linkage Achievement Page"
In recent years, corporate business processes have rapidly digitalized, increasing the need for integration among various systems such as accounting, POS, and sales management. In response, our company has been promoting initiatives related to journal entry linkage with other business systems, such as releasing the "FX Cloud Series API" in 2022, which enables API-based journal entry linkage between the FX Cloud Series and other business systems.
However, we have also frequently heard challenges such as "it's hard to tell which systems can be linked" and "it's difficult to find examples of combinations with other companies' products."
To solve these challenges, we have launched the "Data Linkage Achievement Page" to clearly introduce third-party business systems that can integrate with our system.
Through this page, our company aims to help user companies utilizing the TKC system to more easily consider optimal system integrations for themselves, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and productivity improvement. Furthermore, as part of the "Digital Seamless" initiative promoted by the National Tax Agency, we will continue to enhance the functionality of our platform for flexible data linkage and collaborate with business system vendors.
■ About the FX Cloud Series
TKC's financial accounting system, the "FX Cloud Series," is the ultimate performance management tool for business owners, supporting "black-ink settlement" and "proper tax filing." Over 60% of companies that regularly check their performance management functions (365-day variable income statement, customer/supplier ranking monthly reports, etc.) achieve profitability. Based on this evidence, our company encourages TKC member accounting firms to conduct periodic audits and monthly closings, and promotes the use of the FX Cloud Series as a performance management tool for client companies.
■ Digital Seamless End-to-End from Vouchers to Accounting, Filing, and Tax Payment
TKC is working on further functional enhancements and implementation support for a system that enables "digital seamless" end-to-end processes, from voucher issuance and storage to daily journal entries, monthly trial balances, creation of financial statements and tax returns, and even electronic filing and electronic tax payment. If digital seamlessness can be achieved where invoices are received as digital data and directly imported into the accounting system for end-to-end tax filing without manual input, the administrative burden on accounting staff in SMEs will be significantly reduced. It also improves tax compliance.
As a result of these efforts, the FX Cloud Series was the first in Japan to receive JIIMA's "Digital Seamless Software Legal Requirement Certification."
The reason we are actively promoting activities to increase the number of third-party business systems that can link data is our desire for more companies to enjoy the benefits of digital seamlessness.
