TKC Corporation (Headquarters: Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture / President and Representative Director: Masaki Iizuka) announced today the release of its "Data Integration Track Record Page" on its website. This page lists third-party business systems (such as POS, sales management, and cost management systems) that can integrate (via API, file integration, etc.) with the "FX Cloud Series," a financial accounting system developed and provided by the company.

TKC's accounting system achieves operational efficiency by integrating with various business systems. Please refer to this page for business systems with proven integration records. Currently, 30 systems are listed.

TKC plans to continue increasing the number of integrated services and systems. This will support the creation of a mechanism that enables "digital seamless" end-to-end operations, from the issuance and storage of vouchers to daily journal entries, monthly trial balances, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and even electronic filing and electronic tax payments.

Main Features of the Data Integration Track Record Page ・Lists business systems whose integration track record has been confirmed through discussions with vendors. ・In addition to which business systems can be integrated, users can see at a glance the integration method (API integration / file integration, etc.) and the compatibility status with TKC's financial accounting system "FX Cloud Series" (FX2 Cloud / FX4 Cloud / FX5 Cloud). ・Listed systems can be viewed by category, such as "POS," "Cost Management," "Sales Management," "Expense Reimbursement," and "Time and Attendance Management." ・The listed systems will be expanded sequentially.

Background to the Launch of the "Data Integration Track Record Page" In recent years, corporate business processes have rapidly digitized, increasing the need for integration among various systems such as accounting, POS, and sales management. In response, TKC has been promoting initiatives related to journal entry integration with other business systems, such as releasing the "FX Cloud Series API" in 2022, which enables API-based journal entry integration between the FX Cloud Series and other business systems.

However, many challenges were also heard, such as "it's hard to tell which systems are integratable" and "it's difficult to find examples of combinations with other companies' products."

To solve these issues, TKC launched the "Data Integration Track Record Page" to clearly introduce third-party business systems that can integrate with its systems.

Through this page, TKC aims to help user companies utilizing TKC systems to more easily consider optimal system integration for their own needs, thereby contributing to improved operational efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, as part of the "digital seamless" initiative promoted by the National Tax Agency, TKC will continue to enhance the functionality of its platform to enable flexible data integration and will collaborate with business system vendors.

<Reference> ■ About the FX Cloud Series TKC's financial accounting system, the "FX Cloud Series," is the strongest performance management tool for business owners, supporting "black-ink financial results" and "proper tax declarations." Over 60% of companies that regularly check the system's performance management functions (such as the 365-day variable income statement and monthly ranking reports for customers/suppliers) achieve profitability. Based on this evidence, TKC encourages its member firms to conduct periodic audits and monthly financial closings, and promotes the use of the FX Cloud Series as a performance management tool for client companies.

Digital Seamless End-to-End from Vouchers to Accounting, Declaration, and Tax Payment TKC is working on further functional enhancements and implementation support for systems that enable "digital seamless" end-to-end operations, from the issuance and storage of vouchers to daily journal entries, monthly trial balances, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and even electronic filing and electronic tax payments. If digital seamlessness can be achieved where invoices are received as digital data and directly imported into the accounting system for end-to-end tax declarations, the administrative burden on accounting staff in SMEs will be significantly reduced as it eliminates manual input. It also contributes to improving tax compliance.

As a result of these efforts, the FX Cloud Series was the first in Japan to receive JIIMA's "Digital Seamless Software Legal Requirements Certification."

The reason TKC is actively promoting activities to increase the number of integratable third-party business systems is its desire for more companies to enjoy the benefits of digital seamlessness.
