TKC Corporation (Headquarters: Utsunomiya, Tochigi; President: Masaki Iizuka) has published the April 2026 issue (vol. 142) of its information magazine for local governments, 'Shinpu (Kaze).'

In this issue, we interviewed Hidetoshi Terasaki, Director-General of the Local Tax Bureau at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, regarding the revisions and future outlook for the 'local tax system' based on the 'FY2026 Tax Reform Outline.' We also introduce initiatives such as those in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, as an advanced example of counter reform.

Today, digital transformation (DX) is accelerating in every aspect of society, and local governments are being urged to transform the way they conduct operations and provide services.

To support such local governments and contribute to the development of the Japanese economy and local communities, TKC has been publishing 'Shinpu' since 1996, and we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of its launch in 2026.

This magazine is more than just a corporate PR publication; it delivers information useful to local government officials, including the latest trends from the national government and creative, advanced case studies, to support the 'enhancement of resident welfare through improved administrative efficiency in local governments.'

At TKC, we believe it is important not only to introduce products but also to ensure that our customers can continue to use our systems and services safely, securely, and conveniently. We will continue to support local governments through various initiatives.
