Tiger Mob, Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; CEO: Eriko Kikuchi; hereinafter "Tiger Mob") has unleashed the "wildness" of numerous young people and created autonomous leaders over the past 10 years through chaos (cross-boundary experiences) around the world. In an unpredictable era, to explosively increase the number of people who raise their flags with their own intuition and "uniqueness," we will systematize and license the "technology (method) to shake up a person's OS and unleash their wildness" that we have cultivated, in order to spread it further in society.

As a first step, we are establishing the 'Tiger Mob Certified Accelerator' to directly disclose the method to three pioneers and have begun recruiting for the 0th cohort.

The purpose of this licensing concept is to apply it not only to overseas travel but to "all everyday scenes" such as classrooms and corporate offices nationwide. This first recruitment round specially prepares "Tiger Mob's overseas/domestic program sites" as a training ground to conduct a proof of concept (POC) of the method in a more unfamiliar environment. The three selected individuals will learn the method experientially by participating in these on-site locations, with Tiger Mob covering their travel and accommodation expenses.

Why we are releasing this method (Background and Vision)

In current Japanese society and organizations, there exists an "invisible cage" where individuals, regardless of generation or affiliation, are unconsciously bound by "common sense" and "organizational frameworks," suppressing their pure strengths and desires.

Originally, life and society should be freer and more interesting. However, in reality, a sense of stagnation prevails, and many cases are seen where people proceed through life without being able to break through it. We feel a strong sense of crisis about this structure.

"Wildness" as defined by Tiger Mob is the intrinsic energy to break out of the "state of being confined within an invisible cage" of prepared correct answers and peer pressure, to ask one's own questions in the midst of the unknown and chaos, and to forge one's own path.

Our uniqueness lies not in teaching this through lectures or formal workshops, but in the fact that it springs from within the participants through the "defamiliarization of the everyday (cross-boundary experience)" and "friction (a 'shaking up' of values)."

Our "cross-boundary experience (encounter with the unknown)" is not just an experience. It is an ignition point for questioning one's identity and raising a flag in an area where one can say, "This is me!" by shaking up existing values and unconscious assumptions.

What Tiger Mob creates is not a structured educational system. It is a "festival of contagious enthusiasm" where people of all ages, nationalities, and positions interact on a flat level and enjoy diving into the unknown.

When one person's "wildness" is unleashed, that energy spreads to those around them, eventually creating a positive swell (movement) throughout society.

By releasing this method as a license, we will increase these "ignition points" throughout Japan and the world, creating a chain of enthusiasm.

Overview of 'Certified Accelerator Program - 0th Cohort'

Tiger Mob has accompanied over 10,000 challengers at the moment of their "cross-boundary" experiences. Starting from that first step, the paths they have carved with their own hands are truly diverse, from advancing to top overseas universities from a school system focused on standardized test scores, to starting businesses after dropping out, to disrupting the culture of sycophancy in large corporations, and to immersing themselves in research in unknown fields.

This program is a practical program that enables you to freely create opportunities for "discontinuous growth and transformation" in your own school or organization.

The participation fee for this program is 330,000 JPY (tax included). For this first round, we are recruiting three pioneers at a special price of 70,000 JPY (tax included). This time, Tiger Mob will specially cover all travel and accommodation expenses for the on-site training (about 1 week to 10 days) domestically or overseas, and you will also be involved in the on-site proof of concept.

Recruitment Details

This program is a professional development program that shares the "technology to accelerate individual transformation" that Tiger Mob has built over 10 years, through practice. The 0th cohort will be conducted for the purpose of verifying the operation at domestic and international sites, the validity of evaluation indicators, and the organization-return protocol (POC).
