Mystery Channel (AXN Entertainment, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryoji Nojima), Japan's only mystery drama specialty channel, will air all seasons of the global hit mystery 'The Brokenwood Mysteries' from New Zealand, including the brand-new Season 11, during the Golden Week holiday from April 25th (Sat) to May 5th (Tue).
Known as the 'New Zealand version of Midsomer Murders,' this series started in 2014 and has expanded to Australia, the USA, France, Denmark, and other countries. It has been a major topic at international awards including the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, DetectiveFest (Russia), Seoul Drama Awards, and the prestigious Edgar Awards in the mystery world. Mystery Channel will host the exclusive Japan premiere of Season 11 (6 episodes) on April 29th (Wed).
