This marks the third winery collaboration dinner hosted by CROSS47, offering guests the chance to enjoy world-acclaimed Il Poggiarello wines paired with Italian cuisine that incorporates Okinawan ingredients and cultural elements curated by CROSS47.
Janet, the Global Export Manager of Cantina 4 Valli—the winery behind Il Poggiarello—will visit Japan for the event. She will share her passion for winemaking, the charm of Piacenza (the production region), and the concept of terroir, taking guests on a short sensory journey to Italy.

The winery maintains rigorous quality control from grape cultivation to vinification, earning numerous international awards for its excellence. For this special dinner, five wines—including three from Il Poggiarello—will be paired with a six-course exclusive menu crafted by CROSS47.
