In recent years, as diversity promotion gains momentum, employing people with disabilities and hiring foreign workers have become key recruitment strategies. However, many companies still face challenges in employee retention and integration after hiring.

Common issues include:

"Hired employees leave before fully demonstrating their capabilities"

"Onboarding and integration place a heavy burden on frontline teams"

These challenges are widespread across organizations.

Although the entry points differ between these two groups, the underlying challenges during the retention phase share many similarities.

Frequently observed cases include:

Insufficient job design, leading to suboptimal productivity

Leaving integration entirely to frontline teams, resulting in inconsistencies and inefficiencies across departments

Over-concentration of follow-up tasks within HR departments, making post-hire support overly dependent on individuals

High operational burden due to residency status management and compliance with regulations

Continuing recruitment without addressing these issues may lead to early turnover and increased frontline workload, preventing companies from achieving the desired hiring outcomes.

In this seminar, two organizations with proven track records in hiring people with disabilities and foreign workers will present key organizational design and management insights that HR leaders should focus on to achieve long-term retention, supported by real-world case studies.
