TOKYO FM will implement program changes in April 2026. A variety of new programs with diverse lineups that can resonate with a wide range of listeners, centered around our core target audience, will begin on Wednesday, April 1st. Please look forward to them.
As part of these changes, the popular program for teenagers, 'SCHOOL OF LOCK!' (Monday-Thursday, 22:00-23:55, Friday 22:00-22:55), which is entering its 21st year, will have a new structure. Angelina 1/3 (Principal Angie) will become the new principal, and the rap comedian making waves on social media, Mizokami Tanbo (Assistant Principal Tanbo), will join as the new assistant principal, marking a renewal. Additionally, Koresawa (Singer-songwriter popular among junior and senior high school students via social media, 'Koresawa LOCKS!' First week of every month, Monday-Thursday, around 22:15-22:30) and the three-member rock band Chevon, known for their overwhelming live performances ( 'Chevon LOCKS!' Wednesday, around 23:08-23:30), will join as new Artist LOCKS! instructors, further powering up the program.
Furthermore, for the program 'THE TRAD' (broadcast Monday-Thursday, 15:00-16:50), Akari Mori, a freelance announcer, will join as the new assistant for Wednesday and Thursday broadcasts, bringing a fresh dynamic to the show.
In addition, a variety of new programs will launch, including: 'CUTIE STREET♡KAWAII MAKER radio' (Sunday, 21:30-21:55), a new program from the注目 idol group CUTIE STREET from 'KAWAII LAB.'; 'Osamu Suzuki x Kenji Furuichi: Secretly on Sunday Nights' (Sunday, 23:30-23:55), a new program where Osamu Suzuki and Kenji Furuichi serve as personalities, delving into various topics of interest; 'KANEKA Good Chemistry' (Friday, 14:30-14:55), a new program hosted by freelance announcer Haruka Mori; and 'Ensemble Stars!! ACROSS THE STAGE' (Saturday, 19:30-19:55), where Ikkei Yamamoto will deliver the charms of the popular smartphone game 'Ensemble Stars!!' with guests.
Additionally, some programs within the late-night culture zone 'P-CREW' and 'P-CREW Deep' will be renewed. A new program 'Ryosen's Never-Ending Radio' (Wednesday, 27:30-28:00) will start with VTuber Ryosen as the personality, and 'Otsuichi's Otsu na Yoru Ichi' (Tuesday, 26:00-26:30), the first regular program for popular streamer Otsuichi, will also begin.
