TechHigher, a digital human resource development service for teenagers operated by Exceed Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Aiko Sawabe), is pleased to announce the "How to Think About and Proceed with Interesting Games" special game production course, organized by the programming school "Atelier Yu," which will be held starting April 2026.

This course features Isao Moro, the former director of Nintendo's popular "Animal Crossing" series, as the instructor, offering a program to systematically learn everything from the basics to practical application of game production. This course, which was held last fiscal year (FY2025) and received a strong response from many elementary, junior high, and high school students, has evolved this year to be more accessible and practical. By combining self-study using video materials with online workshops and individual advice, we will strongly support each participant's game development.

This year's course will be offered in a hybrid format, combining "video learning" that allows participants to learn at their own pace with "online workshops and individual advice" where they can receive direct instruction. ・Basic Learning through Video Materials

Utilizing archived lecture videos from FY2025, participants can learn about the work of game creators, planning, and idea generation at their own pace. ・Practical Online Workshops

Online workshops using Zoom will be held in mid-July and late August. Through presenting plans and group work among participants, they will refine their games while incorporating others' perspectives. ・Comprehensive Individual Support

All participants will receive direct feedback (via email) from Mr. Moro, as well as a 30-minute individual advisory meeting (online). Advice from a professional perspective can be received at any stage, from planning and production to post-completion presentation of results.
