This plan features the inclusion of a wellness program for just one day during your stay.

Instead of dedicating all your time to wellness, we propose an "effortless wellness" approach that allows you to gently adjust your condition while valuing your free time at the resort.

This is a new resort stay ideal for adult women who desire both beauty and healing, as well as for friends or couples.

One-day wellness experience during your stay. By setting aside one day to focus on your mind and body while enjoying sightseeing and resort time, you can gently rejuvenate.

Thalassotherapy utilizing the blessings of the sea. Programs that leverage seawater and the marine environment promote relaxation and refreshment by harnessing the power of nature.

Quiet resort space for adults. Enjoy peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in a tranquil environment.

Programs offered in the wellness experience (all once per stay)

Locomo Check (muscle strength diagnosis focusing on lower limbs)

Body Composition Measurement (skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, etc.)

Thalasso Bio Tour (90 minutes) Circulate through the thalasso pool, hammam (steam sauna), and aerosol napping (atmospheric bathing therapy) to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, promoting relaxation and refreshment.

Meal Content (all once per stay)

Enjoy lunch and dinner combining high nutritional value and deliciousness at the in-house "Fine Dining" restaurant.
