This store will serve as a new business support hub for restaurant operators from eastern Shizuoka to western Kanagawa. Leveraging its four-story structure and total area of approximately 715 tsubo (about 2,364 square meters), it aims to be a "savior for small and medium-sized restaurants," supporting the local food culture and restaurant management.

The Mishima store is approximately 50 minutes from the Shizuoka store via the Tomei Expressway and approximately 70 minutes from the Shonan store via National Route 1. For businesses in the Fuji/Fujinomiya and Atami/Yugawara areas, the Mishima store will be the closest Tenpos location. Access to the Shonan store is also good from the Hakone area, allowing customers to choose between the two stores depending on their location.
