'Tamago Dock' (¥16,500, self-pay) consists of two advanced tests only available at specialized fertility clinics:

① Hormone testing (blood tests for LH, FSH, estradiol, and AMH) to quantitatively assess ovarian function and remaining egg count.

② Transvaginal ultrasound to directly measure the number of antral follicles (AFC) in the ovaries, visually evaluating ovarian reserve.

This combination is difficult to perform with high accuracy in general gynecology clinics and requires the clinical expertise accumulated at specialized fertility centers.

The tests are conducted on days 1–5 of the menstrual cycle, followed by a physician consultation and counseling session approximately two weeks later (total of two visits).

'Preconception Tamago Dock' (¥33,000, self-pay) includes the above tests plus:

③ Infection screening (for rubella, syphilis, hepatitis B, and other infections that may affect pregnancy)

④ Cervical cancer screening

This comprehensive plan is ideal for women actively considering pregnancy in the near future and requires three visits in total.

After the examination, patients receive a 'Test Results Report' and a 'Preconception Self-Checklist' (exclusive to attendees).
