Overview
We are pleased to announce that "IT Tenko Keeper," a comprehensive cloud-based roll call system for freight and passenger transport operators developed by Telenishi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 1-2-27 Shiromi, Chuo-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Kenichi Takashima), was officially certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) on March 25, 2026, as equipment that can be used to conduct "pre-duty automated roll calls."

By using "IT Tenko Keeper," it becomes possible to automate roll calls not only after duty but also before duty. Through this, we will support the reduction of the operational burden on operation managers and facilitate smooth business execution for all drivers.
Background of Certification
Since the release of "post-duty automated roll call" on September 8, 2025, our company has been working alongside those on the front lines of the transportation industry. While we have been building a track record with the previously launched post-duty roll call, we have received feedback from users expressing a desire to "eliminate morning roll call wait times" and "complete the entire process within the system."
We are pleased to have finally received the certification for "pre-duty automated roll call." With a system now in place to perform automated roll calls at both the beginning and end of a shift, a new option of "automated roll call" is added to the existing methods of face-to-face, telephone, and remote roll calls. We are confident that this will allow for flexible operational expansion tailored to the actual conditions of each office, further alleviating the psychological and physical burdens on operation managers.
We will continue to use technology to liberate the transportation industry from its complexities and realize a smarter world.
Service Launch Date
The "pre-duty automated roll call" function that has received this certification is scheduled to be available from mid-April 2026 onwards.

Introduction to IT Tenko Keeper
IT Tenko Keeper is a comprehensive cloud-based roll call system that allows for the centralized management of six types of roll calls: face-to-face, telephone, IT roll call (*1), smartphone, remote (*2), and post-duty automated roll call. It realizes safe and secure operation management by improving work efficiency, reducing human burden, and preventing false reporting.
IT Tenko Keeper has been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism a total of 9 times as eligible equipment under the ministry's support program for "advanced initiatives to prevent fatigued driving" as part of the Accident Prevention Support Project.
It is a highly reliable product that has cleared the strict safety standards and requirements set by the government. Additionally, this product is eligible for subsidies under the "Accident Prevention Support Project," and many operators utilize these subsidies to implement the system every year.
"IT Tenko Keeper" is a registered trademark of Telenishi Co., Ltd. *1: In principle, G-Mark certification is required to conduct IT roll calls. *2: Partially compliant with "equipment and system requirements for remote roll calls." The IT Tenko Keeper application alone is not recognized as a remote roll call system.
