Announcement Regarding Change of Representative Director and President

Tokyo Electron Device Limited (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") announces that its Representative Director and President changed as of April 1, 2026. Mr. Takayoshi Miyamoto has been appointed as the new President, and Mr. Atsuyuki Tokushige, the former President, has been appointed as Representative Director, Chairman, and CEO on the same date.

Mr. Miyamoto, who has been newly appointed as Representative Director and President, has served as the head of the Computer System-related (CN) business at the Company, leading business expansion and strengthening the revenue base.

The Company Group has been promoting its medium-term management plan VISION2030 since April 2025, addressing social issues from both "manufacturer function" and "technical trading company function" perspectives. Under the new management structure, we will strive to further enhance corporate value as a "technology partner" that shapes the future society together with our customers.

This matter was decided as disclosed in the timely disclosure on February 2, 2026, and we are providing this announcement again.
