Announcement Regarding Change of Representative Director and President

Tokyo Electron Device Limited (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') announces that its Representative Director and President has changed as of April 1, 2026. Takashi Miyamoto has been appointed as the new President, and on the same date, former President Atsushi Tokushige has assumed the position of Representative Director, Chairman, and CEO. Miyamoto, newly appointed as Representative Director and President, has previously served as the head of the Company's computer systems-related (CN) business, leading business expansion and strengthening the revenue base. The Company Group has been promoting its medium-term management plan, VISION2030, since April 2025, working to solve social issues through both its 'manufacturer function' and 'technical trading company function.' Under the new system, we will strive to further enhance corporate value as a 'technology partner' that shapes the future society together with our customers. This matter was decided as per the timely disclosure dated February 2, 2026, and we are providing this renewed announcement.
