## Purpose of the Event
With programming education becoming compulsory in elementary schools, children now have more opportunities to interact with computers and programming. However, they may struggle with typing on unfamiliar keyboards. To enable children to engage more freely with computers and programming, we are holding the "First Typing Contest Elecom Cup" as an opportunity to hone their typing skills. The "First Typing Contest" allows participants to challenge themselves multiple times throughout the period. By enjoying multiple attempts, participants can improve their typing skills and aim for high scores!
Furthermore, this year marks the introduction of an "Advance Division," open to participants junior high school age and above, for the first time. We eagerly await participation from adults who can set a high standard for children!
