Teenager Business Association to Launch Fourth Cohort of Corporate Education Business Support Program in July 2026

The Teenager Business Association, a general incorporated association headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo and led by Representative Director Shogo Yamada, will launch the fourth cohort of its corporate education business launch support program, the “Co-Creation Project,” in July 2026. Ahead of the program launch, the association began recruiting participating companies and will hold seven online briefing sessions starting May 15. The Co-Creation Project is a business support program for corporations considering new entry into the education business or looking to strengthen existing education operations. It mainly provides content and operational know-how for business education programs aimed at teenagers. The fourth cohort is scheduled to begin in July 2026 and will recruit around 10 companies. Eligible participants are corporations considering entry into the education sector or seeking to enhance existing education businesses. Program participation fees will be explained during the online briefing sessions. The online briefings will be held seven times, each from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in an online format. Each session is limited to eight participants, and the participation fee is 3,000 yen including tax. The briefings will cover national policy trends in the education industry, the association’s original content and how to use it, its proprietary efficient customer acquisition methods, business model development and revenue simulation, real success stories and approaches to solving challenges, as well as a Q&A session. The briefing dates are May 15, 2026, which is already fully booked, May 19, May 21, May 23, May 27, May 28, and June 2. Since the first cohort, a wide range of corporations have participated in the Co-Creation Project, including cram schools, English schools, programming schools, nursery schools and kindergartens, soccer clubs, swimming schools, disability support businesses, after-school day services, campsite operators, school corporations, bodywork practitioners, convenience store operators, restaurants, architects, and agricultural corporations. Past participants have reported results such as a children’s event launched from scratch quickly reaching its 50-person capacity after promotion, and receiving proposals from parents for joint events. Another participant, a former management consultant in Tokyo who launched a new business, has been holding regular “Smile Game” management simulation programs in cooperation with a local government and has also held paid events after being invited by a public elementary school. A welfare business owner in Aomori held a children’s business experience event at a local shopping mall using Aomori apples as the theme, received collaboration offers from local companies, and is now planning an event using a cruise ship docked at the port. A financial planner in Saitama who operates a money school planned an event where children could experience how investing works, which was fully booked at its first session and created a flow from event participation to enrollment in her main school business. An education business operator in Gifu with around 600 enrolled children introduced the association’s method into an existing business, enabling higher pricing while maintaining customer acquisition numbers. The Teenager Business Association provides business education for teenagers. Its main programs include the residential entrepreneurship experience program “Business Camp,” the company management board game “Smile Game,” which won the 2024 Kids Design Award, and the ongoing elementary school program “Jr. Business Project,” all of which are offered across Japan.
