Technoa and Neorex Hold Joint Engineer and Consultant Exchange Event to Foster a Regional Tech Talent Community in Tokai

(headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Takuo Komai) jointly held the “Technoa × Neorex Joint Engineer and Consultant Exchange Event” on April 24, 2026. The Thinking and Requirements Organization category, prepared by Technoa, used familiar work-related themes to test thinking, structuring, and ideation skills. Participants could choose to take part in one or both categories based on their expertise and interests. The event emphasized the ability to identify essential problems, make decisions with incomplete information, and create value through collaboration with others. In addition to programming ability, it focused on upstream capabilities such as problem framing and requirements organization, with the goal of strengthening the practical skills required by both engineers and consultants.
