From 'Knowing' to 'Mastering': Tokyo Total Consulting Completes TechTrain's 3-Part "Generative AI Thorough Utilization Hands-on Training"

TechTrain (TechBowl Inc., Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masao Ozawa, hereinafter "TechTrain") has completed a 3-part "Generative AI Thorough Utilization Hands-on Training" series for Tokyo Total Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Tokyo Total Consulting").

This training program was designed to transform participants from a state of "vaguely knowing" generative AI like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, to "mastering its practical use in business." It is an accompanying practical program in a hands-on format, not merely focused on knowledge acquisition.

Emphasis was placed on hands-on work in each session, thoroughly delving into application methods tailored to the participants' business challenges.

Background of the Training Implementation

With the widespread adoption of generative AI, challenges such as "training not being utilized in the field" and "difficulty applying to in-house operations" have become apparent.

Amidst this, Tokyo Total Consulting requested "efficient acquisition of AI skills directly applicable to business," leading to the implementation of this training.

Overall Training Design: 3 Sessions, Total 5 Hours

This training was designed with the following three-part structure to enable participants to acquire AI utilization skills in stages:

Target Audience: Non-engineer business professionals

Duration: 3 months

1st Session: Discovery and Experience (90 minutes) - Experience the potential of AI and organize one's own business challenges.

2nd Session: Skill Acquisition (90 minutes) - Learn what can be done with AI directly applicable to real business operations, and proceed with improving, streamlining, and semi-automating real business operations.

3rd Session: Outcome Sharing and Expansion (120 minutes) - Share business improvement results and formulate a plan to expand AI utilization within the company.

A "Practice Period" was set between each session for participants to try AI in their actual work, aiming for participants to become self-sufficient by the end of the training through a cycle of "learn → try → share → receive feedback."

Achievements Created by Participants in the Training

Participants from Tokyo Total Consulting actually built mechanisms directly related to their in-house operations using AI through the training.

For example, they worked on building a system for automatically circulating and collecting municipal bidding data from across the country, and creating GAS scripts to convert receipts to PDF, upload them to Google Workspace, and automatically generate expense report lists in spreadsheets.

Both were created hands-on and are ready for immediate use in business after completion.

Furthermore, some participants continued to utilize tools like Claude Code after the training, showing motivation for higher levels of automation (increased motivation).
