About TechBiz's multi-domain freelance matching service

With the enforcement of the "Act on the Properization of Freelance and Business-to-Business Transactions (Freelance Act)" in November 2024, freelancing as a way of working is gaining social recognition. As the labor shortage due to population decline becomes more severe, utilizing contract work to bring in immediate talent for specific projects and specialized fields has become a realistic option for companies' talent strategies.

Against this backdrop, TechBiz operates freelance agent services in four areas under the slogan "Changing the way we work, changing the world": TECHBIZ (IT engineers), HRBIZ (HR), FINANCEBIZ (accounting/finance), and MARKETINGBIZ (marketing). Dedicated consultants match talent based on both skill and cultural fit, and provide support that extends to retention after deployment, helping both companies and freelancers build long-term collaborative relationships with peace of mind.

About this certification

This time, the screening for the 2026 Certified Talent Companies of the "Job Station" operated by the Freelance Association has been completed, and 16 companies and 23 services are participating in this 7th year. TechBiz has been certified for the third consecutive year. In certifying partner talent companies, the Freelance Association conducts strict screenings in accordance with the "Guidelines for Intermediary Businesses of Freelance and Side-Job Talent *1" and the "Guidelines for Preventing Disguised Freelancers *2".

TechBiz's mission is to "provide a place and environment where freelancers can work more autonomously," aiming to realize a society where each freelancer can build their career independently and companies can achieve sustainable growth. We will continue to deepen our support for companies utilizing freelancers through Job Station and contribute to creating an environment where diverse working styles are commonplace.
