Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a global strategic partnership with Anthropic, the leading AI company that develops Claude. As a 'Global Premier Partner' in the Claude Partner Network, TCS will support customers in scaling enterprise AI.
Currently, many AI initiatives in regulated industries are stalling at the proof-of-concept phase due to strict demands for accuracy, auditability, and governance. This partnership aims to overcome these challenges by combining TCS’s expertise in governance and control with its AI system integration capabilities, ensuring customers can securely utilize Claude in production.
TCS is providing Claude to 50,000 employees across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales departments. By transforming its own operations, TCS will accumulate practical insights to create value for its clients. Furthermore, TCS iON is offering hands-on learning and certification programs to cultivate AI talent.
TCS and Anthropic will co-market AI solutions for highly regulated industries including financial services, public services, life sciences, healthcare, aviation, and telecommunications. Initiatives include AI-driven workflow modernization and customer experience transformation. Diligenta, TCS’s life insurance business in the UK, is already adopting Claude to transform processes for over 22 million customers.
