Tatenokawa, Inc. (Headquarters: Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture) will release the 6th installment, "The Secret of Pressing," the final chapter in the "Road to Toji" series, a story about its mascot character "Tatenyan" aiming to become a master brewer (Toji).

This series consists of six stories that have unfolded over three years, and with this work, it finally reaches its conclusion. As the culmination of this series depicting Tatenyan's trajectory of growth, it is a bottle that can be called a "graduation work" filled with gratitude to everyone.

Tatenyan becomes a Toji.

"My training is over."

To you who found me when I was still small. This is my final, and best, return of the favor.

Tatenyan, who has been loved by everyone, actually had a real cat as a model. A cat that wandered into the brewery, was welcomed as family, and walked alongside us as a "beckoning cat."

And this winter -- that cat quietly ended its life and departed for heaven.

It was a precious existence that spent a long time with us and brought many smiles.

However, Tatenyan's story does not end here. Those feelings are inherited, and continue to live on today in the figure of "Tatenyan" who has become a Toji.

We put all those feelings into this one bottle.
