Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that FIKA "Forest Bakery," bringing together 19 unique bakeries*, will be held for three days from May 13 (Wednesday) to 15 (Friday), 2026 (11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily), at "Otemachi Forest" (Otemachi Tower 1F, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which is directly connected to Otemachi Subway Station. Please enjoy a special moment in the urban forest.

*The participating dates vary by store. 19 stores is the total number of stores participating over the three days.

● What is FIKA?

"FIKA" is a Swedish concept of taking a break. It refers to spending a calm time alone or with family, friends, or colleagues, enjoying coffee and sweets while conversing.

At "Otemachi Forest," a true urban forest in central Tokyo, we have adopted this Nordic culture and named projects that offer wonderful resting times by the forest "FIKA." We have held events such as "Forest Sweet Potatoes," "Forest Sweets," and "Workshops using Forest Materials," allowing visitors to experience Otemachi Forest in all four seasons.

This time, we are holding the second "Forest Bakery." Unique bakeries will gather at Otemachi Forest, delivering a special moment to all visitors.

Please enjoy a "FIKA" moment, spending a little time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in Otemachi Forest.

● About Otemachi Forest / Otemachi Tower

Otemachi Tower is a large multi-purpose complex directly connected to Otemachi Station on various subway lines, featuring office floors, the commercial zone "OOTEMORI," and the luxury hotel "Aman Tokyo" on the upper floors.

"Otemachi Forest," a vast urban forest occupying approximately one-third (about 3,600㎡) of the site, is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including endangered species. It also contributes to improving the urban environment by mitigating the urban heat island phenomenon and preventing rainwater runoff during torrential downpours through its soil's water retention effects. In March 2025, it received the highest "★★★ (Triple-Star)" rating in the "Certified Green Space Assurance Plan System (TSUNAG)" operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and has received numerous certifications and awards as an urban green space.

The commercial zone "OOTEMORI" is located at the center of the underground network of Otemachi Station, which has five subway lines, including a connecting passage between the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Marunouchi Line within the facility. "Forest Plaza," a relaxing space that feels like a forest underground, with natural light streaming down from "Otemachi Forest" above through a 15-meter high atrium, provides a convenient and relaxing place for people working in the surrounding area, regardless of whether they are on or off duty.
