### Project Overview Under this plan, MCUD, Tokyo Tatemono, and Sankei Building will jointly renovate the hotel at the site and rebrand it as 'Holiday Inn Express,' a brand developed globally by IHG. Its attentive and lean hospitality is ideal for both family vacations and business stays. This will be the second Holiday Inn Express in Japan, following the one in Osaka City Center Midosuji, and the first in Hokkaido.

### Location Characteristics The site is located in the center of 'Susukino,' one of Sapporo's leading entertainment districts. It offers high transportation convenience within walking distance of Susukino and Hosui-Susukino subway stations, providing excellent access for both tourism and business.
