The new site is designed with the concept of "Tamiya Home's Poetry (Uta)" to allow visitors to naturally feel Tamiya Home's ideology, philosophy, and worldview through an experience akin to reading poetry, rather than searching for information. It is an experiential interface that incorporates interactive 3D expressions.

1. Background of the Renewal

Since 2020, Tamiya Home has expanded its business domains to include demolition, construction, real estate solutions, and renovation, aiming to realize a Sustainable Community. The company achieved a sales growth rate of 224% from 2021 to 2024 and continues to grow remarkably, receiving the No. 1 construction company award in Japan in the Nikkei Asia's High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific ranking by the British economic newspaper Financial Times in 2026. Amidst this growth, President and CEO Akihiko Tamiya developed a concern that "the current site can no longer fully express the Tamiya Home of today and the Tamiya Home of the future." A platform was needed to convey Tamiya Home's ideology, mission, and future vision holistically, rather than merely listing each business.

In January 2025, the company also implemented corporate branding, releasing a corporate site with a new vision "Playing the Rainbow," new values "Sportsmanship," and a new logo, structured around conveying the new possibilities of the demolition business.

Subsequently, over approximately a year and a half, business domains (branches) such as real estate solutions and renovation rapidly expanded. As a result, expressions focused on explaining each business were no longer sufficient to fully convey the future Tamiya Home aims for and its social role.

Therefore, this time, a project was launched to completely renew the corporate site, overturning conventional wisdom by establishing the "Tree of Life," which embodies the vision and values, as the company's core, rather than the demolition business axis, and evolving the structure so that various businesses spread out as branches from it.

2. Features of the New Corporate Website

"Starting from White" - Immersive 3D Interaction

Upon opening the top page, a colorless white world unfolds. As users scroll through each business, the screen fills with color – allowing them to experience interactively how Tamiya Home's work of "kaitai" (demolition) brings color and life to society. The world, centered around the "Tree of Life" at the heart of the site, is expressed in 3D with the circulation of sun, wind, water, and birds. This is an immersive experience design, new for a corporate website.

Concept "Tamiya Home's Poetry (Uta)" - Delivering Corporate Understanding as an Experience

The concept of the new site is "Tamiya Home's Poetry (Uta)." Poetry created based on the words, ideology, and future outlook that President Tamiya has spoken of breathes at the core of the entire site. The poetry is designed to be self-contained in fragments, allowing Tamiya Home's essence to be naturally conveyed regardless of which page a visitor enters from. In addition to transitions from the top page to each business page, a design is adopted that naturally guides users who enter from lower-level pages via search engines into the overall site experience, starting from the white interface. Regardless of whether demolition, construction, or renovation is the entry point, the structure conveys the overall picture of Tamiya Home as a company. A portion of the poetry overlaps with the description and essence of each business.

The new corporate website includes an entrance to the interactive AI "Omoideai," launched on the same day. "Omoideai," which gently puts into words memories and feelings of gratitude towards one's home through dialogue with AI, is the first step in Tamiya Home's AI project "TAMIYA AI."
