TAMADIC Co., Ltd. established the 'Tamadic Health Management Declaration' in 2017 to support employee health and improve the workplace. In 2025, it launched the 'Tamadic Health Management Institute' as part of its 'Health and Productivity Management' initiatives, especially with the upcoming 2026 launch of its new office themed 'All for Well Engineer Life.'

The institute conducted an 'Awareness Survey on Work and Well-being' among 800 employees nationwide aged 20s-50s.

<Key Survey Results> 1. Significant Generational Gap: 66.6% of those in their 20s feel 'well-being' at work, while only 38.4% of those in their 50s feel the same. This suggests that as employees age, changes in roles and life stages increase anxiety, making health management more critical for this group.

2. Low Overtime Does Not Guarantee Well-being: About 40% of those who do not feel well-being work less than 10 hours of overtime per month. The primary factor for low well-being was a 'lack of purpose' (31.0%), a sentiment that increases with age.

3. Increase in 'Token' Health Management: While 57.3% say their company promotes health management, about 80% of them feel it has not penetrated the workplace or is just 'for show.'

4. Health Management as Important as Welfare Benefits: 79.2% of respondents overall (81.2% of those in their 20s) consider health management an important factor when choosing a job, rivaling traditional benefits like housing allowances (85.5%).

5. Current Office Requirements: Over 70% of employees want to work in the office at least half the week. Key requirements for an office include a 'quiet environment for concentration' (33.4%), 'relaxation spaces' (31.5%), and 'specialized equipment not available at home' (30.2%).

Tamadic Health Management Institute aims to continue providing useful information and suggesting effective environments to help workers in Japan achieve greater well-being.
