This is a groundbreaking inspection device with industry-leading probing accuracy, compatible with the inspection of high-density mounted boards. It is equipped with an automatic probe cleaner and a remote camera to monitor the tester's interior, reducing operator workload and cutting maintenance time and costs.

Next-Generation Standard Flying Probe Tester 'APT-T400J-A'
This is a standard-type inspection device designed with an emphasis on ease of introduction and operational efficiency, while inheriting the inspection accuracy and reliability based on our conventional technical capabilities. It achieves a balance between inspection performance and cost for users considering updating their fixture-type inspection equipment or seeking to reduce labor in their inspection processes.
At the exhibition venue, visitors can check the operability and inspection flow through a demonstration of the actual machine, and we will also be available for consultations on replacing existing equipment and improving processes.

'Visualization' of work-in-progress manufacturing status with RFID x IoT
In manufacturing sites, it is often difficult to see 'what is progressing to where' and 'at which process it is stagnating,' which can cause operational delays and a decrease in equipment utilization rates. On the other hand, managing progress history manually or through manual input increases the workload on site staff. This solution utilizes RFID to visualize the process progress of work-in-progress in real time.
At the exhibition, we will present a demonstration where instruction sheets are represented as tags and readers as processes, allowing visitors to see 'how far' the work-in-progress has advanced.

Efficiency improvement of receiving/shipping operations with RFID batch inspection
By combining batch reading with handy-type or gate-type RFID reader/writers and the package software 'Receiving/Shipping and Inventory Plugin,' we achieve efficiency improvements and man-hour reductions in receiving/shipping inspections and inventory tasks.
Furthermore, data linkage with existing inventory management systems and production management systems is possible via CSV or API. You can easily introduce RFID in a plugin format while utilizing your existing systems.
