Takashimaya Osaka Launches Over 70 New Exotic-Design Goods to Celebrate 40th Anniversary of 'Chibi Maruko-chan' Original Work: 'Sakura Momoko Yumeiro Shop'

Takashimaya Osaka will host the special event 'Sakura Momoko Yumeiro Shop' from Thursday, July 9 to Monday, July 20 (National Holiday), a 12-day celebration marking the 40th anniversary of the original 'Chibi Maruko-chan' manga.

The event will feature over 70 exclusive items featuring exotic-inspired designs, making their nationwide debut. In addition, merchandise related to 'Kojikiji' will also be available, allowing visitors to enjoy the full charm of Sakura Momoko's iconic works.

A new photo spot inspired by the original artwork of Sakura Momoko will also be installed within the venue. This family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity for fans of all generations to experience the enduring appeal of the beloved series.
