This time, we focus on four ingredients that symbolize the charm of Hokkaido, offering a lineup of 'gourmet foods you can only encounter here,' including Takashimaya exclusive items (approx. 60 items in total during the period) and delicacies that are hard to find even in Hokkaido itself. From the bounty of the sea, we will introduce seafood gourmet featuring 'King Crab,' which enters its molting season and is characterized by its soft and juicy meat, as well as gorgeous and plump 'Sweet Shrimp & Botan Shrimp.'
