【Supervision】Tadaaki Imaizumi (Born 1944, Tokyo)

Graduated from Tokyo University of Fisheries (now Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology). Studied mammalian taxonomy and ecology at the National Museum of Nature and Science. Participated in the Ministry of Education's International Biological Program (IBP) and the Environmental Agency's (now Ministry of the Environment) survey on the Iriomote Cat. Researched the ecology of the Tohoku Hare and Japanese River Otter, animal fauna of Mount Fuji, and the ecology and behavior of small mammals like the Japanese Shrew Mole. Former animal interpreter at Ueno Zoo, now director of 'Neko no Hakubutsukan' (Cat Museum) in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Author of numerous books.

【Illustration】Ayae Shimoma (Born 1981, Chiba Prefecture)

Graduated from Musashino Art University.

Worked as a character and background designer at game and stationery companies.

Currently active across various media, including promotional posters, magazine illustrations, and children's books.

Illustrator for the 'Zannen-na Ikimono Jiten' series (Takahashi Shoten), regular animal illustration contributor to 'Tanoshii Youchien' (Kodansha), and illustrator for dioramas at the 'Amami-Oshima World Heritage Center' exhibition room (Ministry of the Environment).
