Taihaku Co., Ltd. Acquires Naming Rights for Natori City Cultural Hall; "Taihaku Hall Natori" to Launch in April

Taihaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture, Representative Director: Ippei Sato) has acquired the naming rights for the Natori City Cultural Hall, and will commence operations under the new name "Taihaku Hall Natori" from April 1, Reiwa 8 (2026). This marks a new challenge for a ready-mixed concrete manufacturer to take on the naming of a regional cultural hub.
This initiative aims to further revitalize regional cultural promotion and citizen exchange, and as a company rooted in the community, we are committed to creating new value.

■ Background of Naming Rights Acquisition
To date, we have supported the creation of regional foundations, such as housing and infrastructure development, through the manufacturing and sales of ready-mixed concrete.
We engage in business activities closely connected to the local community with the philosophy of "Ready-mixed concrete for your town" and "Making life richer with concrete."
In addition to infrastructure, cultural facilities in a region are important hubs where people connect and new value and exchange are born.
Natori City continues to experience population growth and is expected to develop into a town where diverse people and cultures interact even more in the future. We believe the role of cultural facilities will become increasingly important in this context.
By acquiring the naming rights for the Natori City Cultural Hall, we will actively participate in "creating spaces that connect people and culture," in addition to our role as a company supporting infrastructure, and create new value together with the community.
As a company that handles ready-mixed concrete, a "material that builds towns," we have entered into this agreement as an initiative to further expand our connection with the region and fulfill a new role as a company.

In conjunction with this agreement, the new name for the Natori City Cultural Hall will be as follows.
New Name: Taihaku Hall Natori
(Former Name: Natori City Cultural Hall)
Start Date of Use: April 1, Reiwa 8 (2026)
Contract Period: 3 years

■ Holding of the Unveiling Ceremony
To commemorate the start of operations under the new name, an unveiling ceremony will be held as follows.

On the day, in addition to greetings from the Mayor of Natori City and our company's representative, an unveiling ceremony for the honorary name and a commemorative photo session are planned.
