TAIMATSU Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Wang Weihan, hereinafter TAIMATSU), which operates the Japanese knife brand "MUSASHI JAPAN," is implementing the experiential campaign "Road to SHOGUN" from Monday, March 23, 2026, to Sunday, May 31. This campaign is an experiential project where participants' ranks increase by touring MUSASHI JAPAN stores nationwide, and they can receive unique Japanese rewards according to their rank.

Participants start as Ronin and can ultimately reach Shogun, passing through Ashigaru, Taisho, and Daimyo ranks. For each rank, they can earn rewards rooted in Japanese culture, and by making purchases of 100,000 yen or more at each store, they can obtain one of three types of original picture scrolls.

"Your Journey Begins Here"

Participating in "Road to SHOGUN" is easy. It starts by either logging into the "Journey Map" online or receiving a pamphlet distributed at MUSASHI JAPAN stores nationwide. By visiting a store and scanning the in-store QR code or recording the number of stores visited in a stamp rally format, each visit is recorded, and preparations for advancing to the next rank are complete.

This journey is not just about shopping. By touring each store, participants can experience Japanese culture and craftsmanship, and by ranking up, they can fully savor the charm of Japanese culture and craftsmanship.
