Akirao Kanda

Over 20 years of experience as a TAC Administrative Scrivener course instructor. He is a skilled instructor who shows a path to efficient passing with easy-to-understand lectures and has led many examinees to success.

He is in charge of the TAC Administrative Scrivener course "Premium Undergraduate" (classroom and online live) for the 2026 target, as well as option lectures for last-minute measures.

■ What is an Administrative Scrivener?

The work of an Administrative Scrivener is broadly divided into three categories: "document preparation" for creating documents to be submitted to government offices and documents related to rights, obligations, and factual evidence; "agency for permission and license applications" to perform the application on behalf of clients; and "consultation services" to receive client consultations and provide advice. Recently, many Administrative Scriveners have mainly worked in consulting, providing advice on client issues and proposing new business through consultation services related to document preparation.
