The event will feature a visit from Joe Spellman, ambassador for the pioneering Paso Robles, California AVA winery "JUSTIN Vineyard."

On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, to coincide with the visit of Master Sommelier Joe Spellman, ambassador for the representative Paso Robles, California winery "JUSTIN Vineyard & Winery," we will hold a one-day limited wine event at our restaurant.

He will go around to customers' tables inside the restaurant to personally explain the background of the winemaking and its flavors.

This event is not a format with a special course or pairing, but rather content where customers can enjoy wine at their own pace during normal business hours.

Career: Won the "World's Best Sommelier" at the French Sommelier Competition in 1997. Has served as wine director at top-tier restaurants across the United States, including Charlie Trotter's.
