AIM9 seamlessly integrates CCIT functions into the automatic visual foreign matter inspection machine, allowing Headspace Gas Analysis (HSA) and High Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD) to be performed alone or in combination. Furthermore, when combined with visual inspection, it detects foreign matter and visual defects with high precision, achieving a low false detection rate. In addition, options such as Syntegon's patented SD technology, area scan/line scan cameras, deep learning, and a bubble masking tool that distinguishes harmless bubbles from harmful defects can be installed.
