MoonSwatch Tour Kicks Off in Karuizawa for the First Time.

Swatch is rolling out a special road trip event, the "MoonSwatch Tour," in various locations to bring its innovative "Bioceramic MoonSwatch" collection, born from a collaboration with OMEGA, to a wider audience. This unique tour makes its first stop in Karuizawa. A special event will be held for two days, June 20th (Sat) and 21st (Sun), at a dedicated venue in the Karuizawa Hoshino Area, where the early summer breeze is pleasantly refreshing.

The "Bioceramic MoonSwatch" collection is a chronograph line born from the fusion of the innovation of the OMEGA Speedmaster Moonwatch, which marked humanity's historic moment of landing on the moon, and Swatch's free-spirited creativity. Each model is named after celestial bodies in the solar system, such as the sun, moon, and planets, and its unique design and story have captivated people worldwide since its launch in 2022. As this is a special item sold only at limited Swatch stores in Japan and not available online, the MoonSwatch Tour provides an opportunity for more fans to directly experience the collection's appeal.

This tour features the MoonSwatch being transported in a "FIAT 500," a classic car that shares its birth year, 1957, with the OMEGA Speedmaster. The tour departed from Swatch's headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, in the summer of 2022 and has since visited areas in Japan without Swatch stores and other unique locations.
