Murayama began her career after passing the AKB48 13th Generation Audition in 2011. She served as captain of Team 4 and will graduate in June 2025. Afterward, she has appeared as an actress in musicals such as 'Shin Bakumatsu Junjo Den' and Kohei Tsuka's 17th Memorial Performance 'Atami Satsujin Jiken' Last Message.

Upon her casting, Murayama commented, "When I went to see Umebou, everyone on stage was sparkling, and I wanted to stand on that stage too. I was so excited in the audience that I wanted to start dancing right away! So, I'm very happy to be able to appear in such an Umebou production this time!!" She expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "I'm really looking forward to seeing how I can dance and express myself within the world of various songs, and I feel like I might discover a new side of myself!"

In addition to Murayama, the cast includes Umebou members Imato Ito, Yusuke Umezawa, Koichi Tsuruno (W cast), Takuya Shiono, Kazuki Amano (W cast), Yuki Noda, Masue Tawada, and SuGuRu. Also appearing are Ayumi Ishida, Ryo Takizawa, Keiko Matsuura, KAN [POWERPUFF BOYZ], HARUYOSHI [REAL AKIBA JUNIORZ / RAJ GLANZ], and Kosuke Kikuchi [Oshare Shinshi]. This production is a major reboot based on Umebou 11th STAGE 'Love Me Do!!,' performed in 2021, and is a heartwarming comedy unique to Umebou that will make you laugh and cry.

Advance ticket reception for Umebou OFFICIAL FANCLUB "Hinomaru Bento" and others is currently underway until 23:59 on April 5th (Sunday).
