Opening June 5th! AR Visuals Revealed at Press Preview: "Emergency Directive! Ultraman Multiverse: Great Earth Defense Operation in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse"

The story-immersive AR action experience event "Emergency Directive! Ultraman Multiverse: Great Earth Defense Operation in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse," organized by the Ultraman Multiverse Executive Committee, will finally open on Friday, June 5, 2026.

Ahead of the opening, a press preview was held on Wednesday, June 3. At this preview, the content of the "Mission" and "Ultra AR Photo" experiences was revealed for the first time, along with video information.

This experience is characterized by the use of AR technology to bring life-sized Ultraman and monsters into the streets of Yokohama, allowing participants to enjoy a dynamic experience where the world of Ultraman blends with the cityscape. The experience is designed so that anyone with a smartphone can enjoy it without special knowledge of AR, and even children can complete each mission after learning simple operations.

The experience can be enjoyed multiple times during the event period. The content will be updated with changes to provide new surprises each time visitors come.

"Mission" Experience Image

At the preview, details and visuals of the actual AR content were also released.

Participants will visit a total of 8 spots based on a map received at the Science Special Search Party Yokohama Branch (special booth) located on the 1st floor of Building 2 of the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse.

"Ultra AR Photo Spot" Image

A total of 11 "Ultra AR Photo Spots" will be set up, allowing participants to take special photos and videos with Ultra Heroes and monsters against the backdrop of iconic Yokohama cityscapes such as the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Hammerhead, Unga Park, Bankoku Bridge, Yamashita Park, and Yokohama Chinatown. Ticket holders can take AR photos at all spots.

Additionally, the new TV series "Ultraman Teo," which will start airing on Saturday, July 4, 2026, will also appear at these photo spots. A special mechanism is prepared where the AR photo spots will change in line with the story development of the broadcast.

Furthermore, free content is available that allows you to take photos anywhere with the friendly rare monster "Pigmon." You can enjoy this even at home.

Ultraman Also Appears! Scenes from the Press Preview

Ultraman also rushed to the preview based on reports of a "space-time distortion." He conveyed to the participants what kind of anomaly is occurring in the streets of Yokohama and what needs to be done to save the city.

Additionally, officials from the event organizer, the "Ultraman Multiverse Executive Committee," explained the background of the project, the appeal of AR, and how to experience it.
