Styleport, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akihiko Masho; hereinafter "Styleport"), in collaboration with Kankyo Keikaku Kenkyusho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President: Noriyuki Akiwa; hereinafter "Kankyo Keikaku Kenkyusho"), held a study session on March 23rd and 24th, 2026, to demonstrate and share the latest insights on "Immersive Condo Galleries" utilizing large-scale LED visions and Apple Vision Pro.

A total of 56 representatives from 16 developer companies attended over the two days. In the post-event survey, 98% of respondents indicated they were "considering or planning to consider" the introduction of digital spatial presentation technologies. Attendees noted that it was a "valuable opportunity to grasp the latest trends in XR technology," demonstrating extremely high interest.

■ Background: The Spread of Digital Condo Galleries and the Shift to "Experience Value"

Digital condo galleries, which began with a Proof of Concept (PoC) with Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 2021, have spread rapidly. Initially, the primary objectives were solving cost and environmental issues, such as reducing construction costs and mitigating the environmental impact of "scrap and build" practices.

However, now that online customer service has become commonplace, condo galleries are being re-evaluated for their "experience value"—providing a reason for customers to visit in person beyond mere information presentation.

The key is not just to introduce individual tools like large LED visions or XR, but to build a consistent "experience story" by optimally combining them according to property characteristics and customer needs.

Based on Styleport's track record of 59 implementations (including 9 joint projects with Kankyo Keikaku Kenkyusho), which is among the highest in Japan, this study session presented how to provide "new experience value through the fusion of digital and physical" that goes beyond simple cost reduction, as well as practical operational methods.
