The Strings Omotesando (Location: 3-6-8 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will begin offering the 'Midnight Escape Parfait' at the B1F 'TIME NEST BAR LOUNGE' from June 9, 2026 (Tuesday), on a year-round basis.

Following the recent trend of 'Shime-Parfait' (parfait to end the night), TIME NEST BAR LOUNGE has refined this concept into a sophisticated treat designed specifically for the bar lounge setting. Themed around a 'Midnight Escape' from the everyday, the parfait combines the refreshing notes of citrus, rich chocolate, and carefully selected coffee flavors to create a deep, mature taste profile characterized by the interplay of sweetness and bitterness.

Served in a martini glass, the parfait features layers of bitter coffee jelly, smooth whipped cream, crunchy crumble, rich chocolate ice cream, and tangy orange sorbet, topped boldly with chocolate. Guests can enjoy a supreme, blissful moment, stepping away from their daily routines while lingering over their drinks.
