Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay Hosts 'Amalfi～Summer feast～' Seasonal Fair

Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Location: 1-16-2 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will launch a summer-exclusive seasonal fair, 'Amalfi～Summer feast～', starting July 1 at its Italian Dining Zillion. The restaurant offers two styles: a 'Beer Plan' where guests can enjoy unlimited tapas and prosciutto alongside cold Italian beer, and a 'Seasonal Course' that allows guests to savor seasonal ingredients dish by dish. Guests can also enjoy an extraordinary experience in a special decorated private room, limited to two groups per day and inspired by vibrant Mediterranean colors. The course starts with a 'Limone' cocktail inspired by the blue moon of Amalfi, followed by amuse-bouche, cold appetizers of peach and burrata, homemade tagliolini nero, aqua pazza with seafood from Hamada Port, Shimane, roasted lamb loin in crepinette, and a refreshing lemon posset. Inspired by the cheerful bar culture of Southern Italy, the plan includes 10 colorful types of tapas, warm appetizers, and large-plate Italian summer dishes. Prosciutto is served unlimited, sliced fresh right in front of the guests. Main dishes vary by plan, ranging from pork & chicken platters to beef platters. The free-flow drink menu includes two types of draft beer (Yebisu, Sorachi), three types of Italian bottled beer, sparkling wine, and original limoncello soda.
