The "White Peach Sorbet Parfait" uses one whole fresh white peach, allowing guests to enjoy the cooling texture of peach champagne granite. The top is garnished with peach meringue, edible flowers, and pearl craquant, accompanied by peach compote, with peach champagne granite providing a refreshing accent. Fresh peach slices line the glass, enhancing the juicy fruit sensation.
