<strong>Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Location: 1-16-2 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will be offering two special parfaits, the 'Cherry Rouge Parfait,' starring sweet and sour cherries, and the 'Melon Grace Parfait,' a luxurious combination of two types of fresh melons, red and green, from May 8th for a limited time at New York Lounge By InterContinental Tokyo Bay and Hudson Lounge.</strong>

The "Cherry Rouge Parfait" is an adult-oriented creation with a luxurious sweet and sour cherry flavor, accented by rich kirsch and red wine. Inside the glass, it features cherry sorbet, fresh cherries, kirsch-marinated cherries, edible flowers, and pearl crackle. The lower layer consists of chocolate crunch, Earl Grey chantilly, and a rich red wine and griotte cherry jelly, creating beautiful, art-like layers. The glass is topped with a cherry-shaped cherry mousse, adorned with cherry ganache monte, fresh American cherries, edible flowers, and gold leaf.

The "Melon Grace Parfait" offers a refreshing taste, harmoniously blending the floral aroma of lychee with the mellow richness of mascarpone, alongside two types of fresh melons, red and green. Inside the glass, it features a rich mascarpone ice cream, garnished with edible flowers, pearl crackle, and juicy fresh red and green melons. Below this, layers of white chocolate crunch, melon-flavored chantilly, and lychee & melon jelly, with their luxurious aroma, create a sense of elevation. The glass is topped with a light green macaron crust, upon which sits a bold mousse made of melon and mascarpone, inspired by the fruit. Inside the mousse, red melon jelly is hidden, with chantilly cream piped around to create a charming form. Furthermore, a set with fresh ripe melon is also available, allowing guests to fully savor the fruit's charm.
